Terms and conditions
Placing Orders: By placing an order with the Vegan Business Mentor, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
Order Details: Each order is custom-made and delivered as per the specified requirements and delivery times outlined in the contract provided upon order confirmation.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Clients can request changes or reviews within the specified timeframe mentioned in the contract. Cancellations must be addressed directly by phone and are only valid upon confirmation from the Vegan Business Mentor. Clients will be charged for the hours worked on their order.
Payment: Upon receiving the invoice, full payment should be made within 14 days. For orders exceeding €10,000, a down-payment may be required. Any installment payment arrangement must be confirmed before placing the order.
Shipping and Returns: Shipping and return policies, if applicable, are provided separately as an attachment to the order confirmation.
Changes to Terms: The Vegan Business Mentor reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be informed of any changes via email or other suitable channels.
